Adding folders from your GDrive

You can connect entire folders with your Reasonal workspace by sharing them with the Reasonal GDrive Bot's email address: [email protected]

  1. Copy the email address

    1. either by using the option to copy it to the clipboard with one simple click

    2. or by copying the email address here: [email protected]

  2. Go to your Google Drive, right click on that file or folder, select Share.

  3. Paste the email address.❗ Important: There's a little trap in Google's UX. When you enter or paste the email address, make sure you first click on the suggested user, and then click save. If you only click on save, Google skips the email address and shares with no one.

  4. During onboarding, you will see a tick mark that says connected once a signal is received.

  5. The files should show up on your dashboard.

Using the Google File Picker

  1. Click on "Add content" from the dashboard

  2. Click on "Google Drive" in the following pop-up:
